Harel Stanton is an ethnographical photographer, professional lecturer and tour-guide living in Israel.
Harel’s work focuses on rituals, ceremonies, traditions and other ethnic customs that distinguish the dozens of countries he has photographed.
His photographs are published on a regular basis in Israel’s leading geographical magazines “Masa Acher” and “Masa Olami”.
In addition to his photographic work Harel also delivers interactive multi-media slide presentations, combining his educational lectures with sound and light shows.
His insightful lectures are sensitive explorations of the worlds many rituals and ceremonies. They allow the viewer to journey with him to the crowded streets of Asia, to the canals of Venice, the Holy sites of the Middle East, and the many many other brilliantly photographed places.
