Survival Under Extreme Pressure –Lessons of a POW
As a combat pilot in the IDF, Amos´ plane was shot down and he was held captive in an Egyptian jail for three and one half years. Following his release, He reenlisted into the Israeli Air force and continued to take part in combat flights.
Since then He have acquired much experience in lecturing before different organizations including schools, private and public corporations and other institutes.
Survival under Extreme Pressure
Reality in Israel produces constant challenges, pressures and what seem to be impossible circumstances.
His experience as a POW has led him to understand that adequate mental preparation is the best tool for overcoming even the most severe pressure situations.
He wish to share with you his experiences by telling my personal story. Its message is:

1. Operational Flight – Striving towards excellence, meeting the standards.
2. In Enemy Captivity – Personal story including interrogations, solitary confinement, keeping the faith, norms of behavioral conduct, dynamics of a closed group.
3.Dimension and Concept of Time in Captivity – Communication with the outside world, utilization of time, making the choice: 'to fall down or to grow up'.
4.Back to Life´s Race – Emotional and Sensual Saturation, facing up to psychological deprivations, adapting.
